HTC launched its budget phone under the Wildfire series dubbed as Wildfire X last year in India. And now in India, they come with another midrange called HTC Wildfire R70. However, the pricing is not revealed by HTC, but looking at these specifications we know this is a budget-midrange phone. One of the major highlight or selling point is the triple AI cameras with some great software features as well. So let’ check out the specifications.
HTC Wildfire R70 Specifications
The device is launched with a 6.53 inches IPS LCD HD+ display and has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. On top of the display, there is waterdrop notch housing an 8MP front-facing camera with the aperture of f/2.0. Wildfire R70 comes with Android 9 instead 10 version and HTC sense UI. The device’s bezels are slim from sides while the chin remains large.
The handset is powered by the old 2017’s MediaTek P23 SoC with the 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM. There is also a MicroSD card slot for expansion. In terms of battery, the R70 smartphone is packed with a 4,000 mAh battery and comes with 10W charging. Dual-mode 4G VoLTE is part of this device as well as the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm jack is also on this device.
Around the back, the phone is equipped with vertical triple camera setup and a fingerprint sensor. Triple cameras are divided into 16MP main sensor, 2MP Macro lens and a 2MP Depth module. The AI is written on the camera layout which shows different AI features including AR stickers, Beauty mode, Macro mode, Portrait mode and Pro mode. HTC provided this phone in two colours – Aurora Blue and Night Black. Availability and pricing regarding this smartphone are not shown by the company.
